*JOYOUS WINTER SOLSTICE from Diaspora Of Love*
And Happy SOLAR NEW YEAR which started December 22nd 2022!
Glorious Greetings for this December Holiday Season!
Now the days start being longer knowing the Light of Spring comes again!
I truly looov the beauty of these long nights and short days which bring the gift of embracing inwardness enjoying the richness of the silence.
I hope you and your loved ones are well! How is everything on your lives?
I'm sending you lots of love for during this sacred time of stillness with lots of wonderous wishes for a phenomenal NEW YEAR filled with health, prosperity and JOY!

I am sure you are taking in the beauty of these long nights and shorter days to bask in the Stillness of your being where the true nourishment of all is especially with all the expectations of a "joyous" season.
This sacred time of year can be the most fun and also be filled with challenges.
Whether we have family and friends to be with and how we all get along as well as longing for those whom we've lost, let's all remember to take the time to be in nature and take extra steps to care for yourself and ask those around you for the support you need.
Hold yourself sweetly and your loved ones deeply in the tender mists of timelessness caring for each other's precious souls.

Have you had time to do creative things and use all your wonderful talents along with taking care of yourself, your families and work?
I have been doing a little bit of art here and there in the last few years. My goal is to set up a new website for my art both portraits and abstract and offer a selection in cards and prints which people have been asking for over the years. I've been taking few online art classes. I start one this January online with an atelier in Paris for 6 weeks. I've started doing portraits and commissions of people's homes, again. I have all my paints out on the table set up all ready to go! I hope you find time and inspiration to express your beautiful gifts. It feels wonderful to be creative again. Such an important part of our soul's expression!

How have you all been after all the craziness that has happened?
Have you been going out and doing fun things, again? Have things gotten back to "normal" at for you?
We have a glorious symphony hall here in Nashville but I haven't been since January 2020. I did go venture out to the Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville on the Winter Solstice, the 21st, to hear Vince Gill and his wife Amy Grant Holiday concert 2 nights ago.
My mom, Beautiful St Thekla and I used to go see Vince so often at a small local place here every Monday night called The Station Inn. He and his wife are very special. It was touching seeing and hearing them, again.
I really haven't gone to any public events in the music industry at all in these last 2 1/2 years. I've been to other kinds of events but not concerts as so much has changed. I have struggled with debilitating sadness and loneliness at times. It has mounted in the last few months in a way that I have finally faced what I have needed to do! I had to let go! I knew that but some part of me was holding on. Not any more!
Now I am free and ready and welcoming a new me and a new wonderful JOYOUS, THRIVING, FULFILLING adventure!

I hope you find time to be in nature the wonderful oasis we have there. What a blessing! Giving ourselves the gift of being in the country to be free in small community life sometimes if we don't already live in the country, and with the all the abounding abiding nature of the sea, trees, mountains to uplift and nourish us!

I see all the people for calling out for freedom in Europe and all over the world. The people protesting the v passports and the tyranny that's been going on really for 1000's of years the same old thing but now it's global and more intense than ever with the exponentialized centralized power structures. People are standing up for freedom all over the world. It is an amazing time of people coming together and realizing more than ever what has been going on for so long.

I am still in Nashville though I have traveled a lot this year for work and things. I have been looking to move to the country for the past 3 years but I just wasn't ready to make the decision until now. Time to put that in my prayers fully for the joyous home and community to move to in a beautiful place with nature, peace, protection and celebration of life!
I have friends who have homesteads in the country with all their cows, chickens, ducks, turkeys and wonderful farms growing all their own food in all sorts of sized lots small and large. It's precious to visit them and see all they are doing. Very inspiring! I've helped with weeding and animal care and I help teach some of the home school children in town and out in the country which I love. I look forward to creating extended curriculum when I move out to the country one of these days.
I continue to help people with their health and wellness as well. And, share my books and Celestial Mystical Opera at conferences and other events.

I know that the Winter Solstice and New Solar Year that started 2 days ago is a time was a great tradition in my mom's family with lots of treasured memories they had from their upbringing. Being alone is challenging as it is for many who are alone during "the happiest time of the year". I don't do all the wonderful things that my mom loved as it's not the same without her. So, I find other things to create new memories. Stepping out is now the time.
How wonderful for those who have people they enjoy and love being together during this wonderful time of year to celebrate the camaraderie of humanity with love.
How awesome we come from such amazing cultures that we can celebrate the traditions of much more ancient ways than the dogmas that limit the mind and the soul so often today.
How precious sharing memories with you over the years and being part of your sacred celebration of happy times!

I love remembering what my mom, Thekla, brought in the joy of the season with all her ancestor's traditions. She had a flare unlike anyone else I met. She shared her traditions with an effortlessness and inclusivity in all the crafts we did, special decorations and amazing foods and exprecially her love of music like Handel's Messiah which she sang in as the soloist long before I was born. But, I did hear her sing a little bit when we went sat as the audience at the symphony and churches who'd perform The Messiah in Decembers over all the years. We even went up until the last year. Such holy memories.
What a gift we have of cultural richness from our parents and grand-parents and great grand-parents and back that we have now to share and pass on. So much beauty went into everything they did.

May we honor our ancestors this season remembering them and their beauty and the life they gave us and give that strength, joy, beauty, knowledge and wisdom down to the next generations in our own families and to all those around us.
What a blessing we can create anew right within our own the hearts with these exquisite ancient traditions still alive and well in Europe and with First Nations People all over the world centered around enjoying nature and the sacred spiritual connection we all have.
